The term “Museum of Corruption ” or “MoC” “us” or “we” or “our” refers to the owner of the website Zemunski mali umetnicki centar ZMUC whose registered office is at 53, Njegoseva St., 11080 Zemun/Beograd, Serbia. We are a Non Government Organization limited by guarantee organization registration number 17700367 in Serbia. Our VAT registration number is 105291127, and PIC is 948216323 .

The term “you” or “your” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

5. Links to other websites

5.1 Our website may contain links to enable you to visit other websites of interest easily. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy policy. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy policy applicable to the website in question.

6. Cancellations and returns

6.1 Workshops, residencies, seminars and one-day events:

No refunds are available for cancellations and fees may not be transferred to another event but a replacement delegate may attend.

6.2 Annual conference:

Full refunds can only be made if the MoC is notified by 21 September. Cancellations made after this date and before 5 October will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be made after 5 October.

6.3 Publications:

Publications purchased online can be returned within seven days from the date you receive the item (or the date you receive the first issue if it is a periodical). Return the publication along with its mailing wrapper to us at 26 Glavna St, 11080 Zemun/Belgrade, Serbia and we will refund the cost of the item or subscription along with the postage that you paid to return it.

6.4 Membership:

If you purchase membership online and change your mind within seven days, notify us by phone (+381 64 167 0647) or by email (muzejkorupcije@gmail.com). Then we will cancel your membership and refund any subscription fee you may have paid as long as you return to us any membership card and any other documentation which may have been sent to you in the interim.

However, if you have used your membership status to obtain event bookings or publications at the members’ discounted rates between the date you joined and the date that you notify us, no refund will be due to you and your membership will run until the normal expiry date.

You can only change your membership grade when your membership comes up for renewal.

7. Privacy

For information on how the Museum of Corruption (MoC) uses and protects any personal information that you give to us, please refer to our Privacy Notice.

Comments: Community Rules

In order to comment on articles and other content on museumofcorruption.net you must first register and log in. Comments will be displayed with your name, job title and your place or work or as anonymous comments.

By commenting on any content on museumofcorruption.net you agree to the following Community Rules, which are at the discretion of the Museum of Corruption.

The Museum of Corruption reserves the right to edit or delete comments at its discretion. Users who persistently break the following rules may be blocked from making comments, at the discretion of the Museum of Corruption.

· Comments should not be disruptive, threatening offensive or abusive. museumofcorruption.net will not tolerate personal attacks on writers, individuals or other users, or persistent trolling.

· No unlawful or content that could be deemed harassing, defamatory, obscene or offensively profane. No comments that may put the Museum of Corruption in legal jeopardy or material posted in potential breach of copyright.

· Racism, sexism, homophobia or other forms of hate-speech will not be tolerated.

· No impersonation attempts.

· You may post URLs to other websites but commercial comments that we deem to be advertising will be removed.

· No spamming.

· Keep your posts relevant. Off-topic posts will be removed at the Museum of Corruption discretion

· You may only post content to which you own the copyright – do not post content copied from others.

The Museum of Corruption reserves the right to add to these Community Rules at any time, without notice.
